Man with a Van is an airport ride service operated by Bob Clivio in Derry, NH (Man With A Van, a New Hampshire trade name of Robert Clivio, Derry, NH). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you book a ride, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, and any notes you give us about your trip. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers.

How we use it. Only to provide your ride: confirming bookings, flight and pickup updates, receipts, and follow-ups about your trip (such as a review request). If another trusted driver handles your ride, we share the details they need to complete it.

Text messages. If you text START to (603) 234-1186, you'll receive texts about your rides. Message frequency varies with your trips. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at 603-234-1186 or bob@mwvrides.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
